Fix workshop registration and checkout problems
Get help with enrollment errors, discount codes, closed cohorts, failed checkout, and payments that completed without workshop access.

Read the exact error before retrying. If a payment may already have completed, check your receipt and workshop dashboard before attempting another payment.
Registration or checkout will not open
Return to the official workshop page, select the workshop again, and use the current enrollment option. An old checkout link may refer to a cohort that is no longer open.
- Already enrolled: open your dashboard using the enrollment email instead of buying another individual seat.
- Enrollment closed, cohort finished, or run not found: check the workshop page for another cohort or an available recordings offer. Melo cannot reopen enrollment.
- Not enough seats: reduce the number only if that meets your needs. Otherwise contact support about another cohort or a team arrangement.
- Email error: check the address for typos and use an address you can receive messages at.
- A connection error before payment: check your connection, refresh the workshop page, and try again. If it repeats, send support the error text.
A discount code does not work
Check the spelling and the offer's conditions. Codes can expire, reach a usage limit, or apply only to certain workshops. Coupon codes apply to single-seat enrollments; they cannot be combined with team orders or a recordings offer.
Review the final total before paying. Do not assume a discount will be refunded afterward. For an unexpected rejection, send the workshop name, code, and exact error to support privately.
Payment completed, is pending, or is unclear
Do not keep retrying payment. Check your confirmation email and sign in with the checkout email. If access is missing, follow missing workshop access.
Email [email protected] with the workshop, cohort, purchase reference, and what the payment page showed. Support can review the purchase; Melo cannot confirm a charge, issue a refund, or promise when a pending payment will settle. Never send passwords, one-time codes, or full card details.
