Find a workshop missing from your dashboard
Check your enrollment email, purchase confirmation, cohort, and team seat before contacting support about a workshop that is missing from your account.
In this article
Sign in with the email used for registration or payment and open your workshops. A different account is one possible reason for missing access; it does not mean your payment failed.
Check the account and cohort
Look at the address that received your registration or payment confirmation. Use that address to sign in, including if you checked out as a guest. If the page says the current account is not enrolled, use Switch account.
Check the workshop's dates as well as its name. A previous cohort and an upcoming cohort have separate sessions and access. Finished workshops can also be found under completed workshops.
For a team purchase, the buyer may need to assign your seat before you can claim it. Open team seats with the assigned email and follow the seat-claim guide.
Check what was confirmed
A receipt or enrollment confirmation is different from Notify me, a waitlist, or an updates subscription. Read the confirmation before assuming a live seat is included. For free registration, use the resource-access link shown after registering; resource access does not always include a confirmed live seat.
If you paid successfully but the workshop is still missing, refresh your dashboard and check your confirmation email. Do not pay again while the first payment is being checked. Melo can check enrollments and unclaimed assigned seats for your signed-in account. It cannot verify a payment transaction or inspect a different account.
Ask support to check access
Email [email protected] from the purchase or registration address. Include the workshop, cohort dates, purchase reference if you have one, and the exact message you see. Explain if you used a different address at checkout or were assigned a team seat.
Send receipts and account details privately. Do not post them in classroom messages, public Questions, or help comments. If access is present but the session will not open, use joining help.
