Understand workshop enrollment and access
Workshop enrollment determines access to an explainx run and its private classroom. A waitlist entry or fit-check request is not the same as an enrolled seat.

For learners
Open your workshops using the account you enrolled with. Check the run dates and enrollment status. In the community app, My classrooms lists both current and past classrooms for your account. If access is missing after a completed purchase, contact support with the purchase reference instead of creating another payment.
For authorized staff
Use the workshop administration tools to review the correct run and learner account. Check the enrollment state before making changes. A cancellation, refund, or revoked enrollment can affect access to private discussions and materials. A classroom moderation removal specifically blocks chat; it leaves workshop recordings and resources in the dashboard.
Continue with a teacher community
Assigned instructors and admins can add a current or past run’s students to a free community they own or teach in. The My classrooms move form also saves learning tags and offers an optional email with a personal note. This adds community membership; it does not transfer workshop enrollment or chat history. Paid communities and staff-removed members cannot be added through a free move.
Keep records private
Use approved support or administration channels for learner information. Do not paste email lists, payment records, or enrollment exports into public questions or help comments. When transferring a learner, confirm the destination run and explain the change to them.
