Confirm the arrangement

Agree the workshop run, learner account, and reason for access, such as an approved invitation or scholarship. Make clear which sessions and materials are included. Do not promise a discount code will produce a free enrollment unless the team has confirmed that flow.

Check the result

Once staff have enrolled the learner, ask them to sign in with the matching explainx account. They should check the workshop dashboard and My classrooms for the correct run.

Resolve missing access

If the invitation and account use different addresses, contact support before making another account or purchase. Keep the invitation or enrollment reference available for the support conversation. Complimentary enrollment follows the workshop’s stated participation and certificate requirements unless the team explicitly confirms otherwise.
