# Understand workshop enrollment and access

Workshop enrollment determines access to an explainx run and its private classroom. A waitlist entry or fit-check request is not the same as an enrolled seat.

## For learners

Open [your workshops](https://explainx.ai/dashboard/workshops) using the account you enrolled with. Check the run dates and enrollment status. If access is missing after a completed purchase, contact support with the purchase reference instead of creating another payment.

## For authorized staff

Use the workshop administration tools to review the correct run and learner account. Check the enrollment state before making changes. A cancellation, refund, or revoked enrollment can affect access to private discussions and materials.

## Keep records private

Use approved support or administration channels for learner information. Do not paste email lists, payment records, or enrollment exports into public questions or help comments. When transferring a learner, confirm the destination run and explain the change to them.
