Coordinate co-instructors and workshop staff
Each person helping with an explainx workshop should use their own account and receive only the access needed for their role. Coordinate permissions through authorized staff.

Agree responsibilities
Decide who teaches, manages the meeting, answers classroom questions, reviews exercises, and handles account issues. Include a backup plan for the live host.
Arrange access
Provide the account identifier through the approved private process and ask the team to verify the necessary access. A community role badge or a shared classroom URL is not a substitute for permission checks.
Review after the run
Remove access that is no longer needed and keep ownership of resources clear. Never share account passwords, session cookies, or payment-provider credentials. When staff change, update the learner-facing contact and explain who will handle outstanding questions so the handover does not leave learners without support.
