Use workshop discounts clearly

Confirm the conditions

Check the eligible workshop or run, amount, currency, expiry, and any usage restrictions with authorized staff. Test the intended checkout flow before sharing the code or offer.

Write the invitation

Explain who the discount is for and when it ends. Use a real deadline rather than repeatedly extending a claimed final offer. Do not imply that a code guarantees a seat when the run is full or closed.

If a code fails

Ask the learner to contact support with the workshop and code, without posting payment information publicly. Staff should check eligibility and the actual checkout result. Refunds or retroactive adjustments require review under the purchase terms; do not promise them in a public reply.
