Ask for honest reviews and feedback
Invite explainx learners to describe their actual experience in their own words. Useful feedback includes what worked, what was difficult, and what could improve.

Make the request neutral
Ask learners to use the workshop feedback flow and give specific examples. Make clear that critical feedback is welcome. Do not write the review for them or tell them which rating to select.
Keep participation fair
Do not condition promised learning resources, ordinary support, or completion treatment on praise. Ask permission before turning private feedback into a public testimonial and preserve its meaning.
Raise a concern
Contact support if feedback contains private information, incorrect attribution, or conduct that needs review. Use the report controls for problematic Community comments. A disagreement with a review should be handled respectfully and through the appropriate process, rather than through pressure on the learner.
