# Use workshop discounts clearly

Use only discounts approved for the explainx workshop and communicate their conditions accurately. A learner should understand the final offer before completing checkout.

## Confirm the conditions

Check the eligible workshop or run, amount, currency, expiry, and any usage restrictions with authorized staff. Test the intended checkout flow before sharing the code or offer.

## Write the invitation

Explain who the discount is for and when it ends. Use a real deadline rather than repeatedly extending a claimed final offer. Do not imply that a code guarantees a seat when the run is full or closed.

## If a code fails
