When your certificate is available, open it from the workshop dashboard. Use the provided download or share options. Check the name and workshop title before adding the certificate to a profile or sending it to your employer.
If something is wrong
Email support with the workshop run and the correction needed. Keep personal details out of public comments. A workshop certificate records the learning described by the program; do not describe it as an external professional accreditation unless the workshop explicitly states that relationship.
