explainx workshop certificates depend on the completion requirements for that workshop. Check your run page for the certificate flow and any steps still needed.

## Complete the required steps

Open the workshop in [your dashboard](https://explainx.ai/dashboard/workshops). Review the stated attendance, learning, or feedback requirements and complete any certificate-name details requested. Use the name you want displayed before submitting.

## Access and share

When your certificate is available, open it from the workshop dashboard. Use the provided download or share options. Check the name and workshop title before adding the certificate to a profile or sending it to your employer.

## If something is wrong

Email [support](mailto:support@explainx.ai) with the workshop run and the correction needed. Keep personal details out of public comments. A workshop certificate records the learning described by the program; do not describe it as an external professional accreditation unless the workshop explicitly states that relationship.
