Cover the first steps

Link to the workshop dashboard and My classrooms. State the first session’s date and time zone, required preparation, and any accounts learners need. Explain the difference between session resources and classroom conversations.

Set expectations

Describe the kind of participation and feedback the workshop includes. Explain how to ask a question in Doubts and where to discuss progress in General. Remind learners that public Questions and help comments can be read outside their cohort.

Test the links

Check the welcome message using the intended learner access. Make sure the session title and dates match the published run. Offer [email protected] for account or enrollment problems so learners do not post payment details in the classroom.
