Verify the Zoom account’s participant limit, duration, host permissions, and planned interaction features. Test the learner joining flow and agree who handles access issues while teaching continues.

Design participation

Use clear written exercises, focused questions, and a way to collect repeated blockers. Assign staff to monitor questions when the group is too large for one instructor to manage effectively. Preserve the feedback promised on the workshop page.

Plan for disruption

Prepare a backup host and a communication path if the meeting fails. Keep a working sample available for tool problems. Afterward, review unresolved questions and recording access. Do not assume a large registration count means everyone will attend or that silent learners do not need help.
