Use observable actions
“Compare two generated answers against source material” is easier to assess than “understand reliable AI.” Add context: what input will learners use, what will they produce, and what will count as a good result?
Map outcomes to practice
For every published outcome, identify the session activity, resource, and feedback opportunity that supports it. Remove outcomes that cannot fit into the available time or require prerequisites you have not stated.
Keep claims realistic
Distinguish completing a workshop exercise from deploying a production system or receiving a professional qualification. Learners should understand the next checks needed before applying the work in a sensitive setting. Revisit the outcomes after each cohort using actual learner work and feedback.
