Get your workshop certificate or fix missing progress
Complete the workshop sessions, share feedback, and confirm your certificate name from the cohort dashboard. Check missing attendance before requesting help.
In this article
Open the cohort in your workshop dashboard and follow Get your certificate. The page shows which sessions and certificate steps remain for your enrollment.
Complete the required steps
- Attend each required session live or watch its available recording.
- After the workshop ends, use Share feedback and describe your experience honestly.
- When the page asks you to Confirm your name, check the spelling before issuing the certificate.
- Use View certificate when the certificate has been issued.
Cancelled sessions are excluded from the required sessions. You do not need to leave a positive review; feedback can describe problems or things that could improve. Available recordings can be watched before you submit feedback.
A session I completed is not marked done
Check that you opened the correct cohort with your enrolled account. If you joined through a calendar link or directly in Zoom, the dashboard may not have recorded your click.
After the session ends, use its attendance action if you did attend. If you watched the recording elsewhere, use Mark watched when it is offered. Only mark a session you actually completed. Refresh the run page to check the progress.
If the session is still running, cancelled, or its recording is not yet available, the actions shown may differ. Follow the status on your cohort page.
The certificate still will not open
Email [email protected] with the workshop, cohort dates, the step that is blocked, and the exact error. For a name correction, explain the requested correction privately. Melo can explain the steps but cannot alter attendance, issue a certificate, or change an existing certificate from chat.
