Before paying

Confirm the workshop run, total amount, currency, and purchase terms. Check whether the workshop requires any separate tool subscriptions. Keep a copy of the confirmation once payment completes.

Ask about an arrangement

For a team purchase, invoice request, or payment schedule, email support with the workshop and what you need. Wait for confirmed instructions before sending money elsewhere. A partial payment does not automatically establish enrollment or classroom access.

If a method fails

Record the error message and whether the payment provider shows a charge. Contact support without sending full card numbers, passwords, or authentication codes. Avoid making duplicate payments while an uncertain transaction is being investigated.
