Enroll in a course and find where to watch it

Open the course catalog, select a course, and follow the enrollment option on its page. The page identifies where enrollment and learning happen; some courses use an external provider such as Udemy.

Check the course before enrolling

Review the curriculum, level, preparation, and available enrollment button. A course page on explainx does not necessarily mean its videos are hosted in the explainx dashboard. Follow the provider shown for that specific course.

Use the current enrollment destination to check price, availability, and purchase terms. An older article, a workshop purchase, or a different course's offer does not establish access to this course. If enrollment is not currently offered, do not invent a checkout link or purchase another item expecting it to unlock the course.

Find a course or member offer

Open Courses in your dashboard. When a featured course offer is available and your plan is eligible, follow the claim action and the instructions shown. Check the dashboard for the current offer; eligibility and a successful claim cannot be confirmed by Melo from chat.

For a course purchased on another platform, sign in to that provider with the purchase email and find it in that account's learning library. Resource links on explainx are separate from the provider's enrollment.

Payment or access is missing

Check your confirmation email to identify the provider and account. Avoid buying again while a completed payment is being checked. For an explainx claim or broken course-page link, email [email protected] with the course title and exact error. For an external purchase or video account problem, use that provider's support with your receipt. Never share passwords or full payment details in chat.
