Create resources for learning between sessions
Between-session resources should help learners prepare, practice, or revisit a specific explainx workshop task. Give every resource a clear purpose and next action.

Keep required material focused
For a reading or video, state what learners should notice and how it connects to the next exercise. Estimate the time required. Label optional material separately so a long resource list does not become an unexpected obligation.
Make practice possible
Include usable inputs, a worked example, and a review checklist. If a tool requires an account or paid plan, say so before assigning the task. Provide an alternative when reasonable.
Check access and upkeep
Coordinate publication through the workshop dashboard and verify permissions. Test the resource with the same access learners will have. Update outdated screenshots or steps when a tool changes, and tell the cohort when a correction affects their exercise.
