# Find your workshops and join Zoom sessions

All explainx sessions run on Zoom. Find your classes in the dashboard; each Zoom joining link becomes available five minutes before the class starts.

## Start with the account you enrolled with

Sign in using the same explainx account you used to enroll. Open [your workshops](https://explainx.ai/dashboard/workshops), then select the run you want. A workshop can have several runs, so check the dates as well as the title.

Your run page brings together its schedule and available learning materials. Session links, recordings, feedback, and certificates appear where they are available for your enrollment.

## Where do explainx sessions run?

All explainx sessions run on **Zoom**. Your classes are visible in the [explainx dashboard](https://explainx.ai/dashboard/workshops), where you can check the schedule and open the relevant workshop run.

## When can I join my class?

The Zoom joining link becomes available in your dashboard **five minutes before the scheduled class start time**. For a class starting at 6:00 PM, check the dashboard at 5:55 PM. The session can be visible in your schedule before its joining link is available.

1. Sign in with the account you used to enroll.
2. Open your workshop run in the dashboard and find the scheduled class.
3. At five minutes before the start, use its Zoom joining link.
4. If the link has not appeared, refresh the dashboard and check the class date and time zone. If it is still missing within that five-minute window, [contact support](/help/articles/getting-help).

Keep the Zoom link private to your enrolled cohort. Community’s My classrooms page is where you discuss the lessons; launch the live session from your dashboard.

## Open your community classroom

1. Choose [My classrooms](/workshops) in Community.
2. Open the room for your workshop run.
3. Use General for discussion and Doubts for questions.
4. Select a class when the question or exercise belongs to a particular session.

Classrooms are limited to eligible enrolled learners and authorized staff. The public Questions area and help article comments are visible outside your cohort.

## A workshop is missing

Check the account used at checkout and whether enrollment finished successfully. A waitlist signup is an expression of interest, not a confirmed seat. If your payment completed but access is missing, contact [support](mailto:support@explainx.ai) with your purchase reference. Avoid paying again while the first payment is being checked.
