# Keep track of workshop updates

Check your explainx dashboard and classroom announcements for workshop information. Email can help you notice an update, but the current run page is the place to verify session details.

## Before each session

Review the schedule and required preparation. Check General for instructor announcements and Doubts for clarifications relevant to the exercise. Save a personal calendar reminder if that helps you plan.

## If an email is missing

Check the account used to enroll and your spam or promotions folders. Look directly in [your workshops](https://explainx.ai/dashboard/workshops) rather than waiting for another message. Contact support if enrollment or session access is missing.

## For instructors

State deadlines and next steps explicitly in the relevant message or class prompt. Coordinate email reminders with the explainx team; posting a community message should not be assumed to send an email or mention notification automatically. Keep the schedule and announcement wording consistent.
