# Read workshop times in the right time zone

Check the time zone shown with each explainx session. Calendar applications may display the same moment in your local time, which can change the date as well as the hour.

## Check before saving

Compare the workshop schedule with your device’s time-zone setting. When creating a calendar event manually, set the event’s source time zone explicitly rather than copying only the hour.

## Watch for clock changes

If your country changes clocks during a multi-session workshop, check each session individually. The time difference between two locations can change while a workshop is running. Do not assume a fixed offset applies to every date.

## Resolve conflicting information

If the public page, dashboard, or email shows different details, contact support with the workshop run and the conflicting times. Include the time zones you are comparing. Avoid sharing a private joining link in a public comment while asking for clarification.
