# Find and share workshop recordings

Open your explainx workshop dashboard to find recordings available for your run. Availability and access duration depend on the workshop and the terms of your enrollment.

## For learners

Use **Recordings** in the classroom header or open [your workshop dashboard](https://explainx.ai/dashboard/workshops), then select the relevant session. If a recording is available, use the recording link shown there. A live session ending does not mean its recording is ready immediately; processing and review may take time.

A recording-ready update can appear in **#updates** and the [notification bell](/help/articles/community-notifications) when automatic classroom updates are enabled. Use [My classrooms](/classrooms) to reopen a past run’s classroom.

If an expected recording is missing or will not play, contact support with the run, session title, browser, and error message. Do not post private recording links publicly.

## For instructors

Assigned instructors and admins can [set the recording source on the run’s session](/help/articles/manage-run-sessions). Coordinate changes with the explainx team. Check sound, legibility, access permissions, and any private information captured during discussion. Explain corrections or missing sections to the cohort.
