# Find and share workshop recordings

Open your explainx workshop dashboard to find recordings available for your run. Availability and access duration depend on the workshop and the terms of your enrollment.

## For learners

Select your workshop and the relevant session. If a recording is available, use the recording link shown there. A live session ending does not mean its recording is ready immediately; processing and review may take time.

If an expected recording is missing or will not play, contact support with the run, session title, browser, and error message. Do not post private recording links publicly.

## For instructors

Coordinate the recording link with the explainx team. Check sound, legibility, access permissions, and any private information captured during discussion. Explain corrections or missing sections to the cohort.

Use the workshop page and [refund policy](https://explainx.ai/refund) for the applicable recording terms. Avoid promising permanent access or a fixed publication time unless it is explicitly included in the offer.
