# Open workshop recordings, prompts, and resources

Open [your workshops](https://explainx.ai/dashboard/workshops), select the correct cohort, and look under **Sessions & recordings**. Use **Resources** in the run header to open the available cohort materials.

## Watch a missed session

Sign in with the account that has access to the workshop. When a session has ended and its recording is published, **Watch recording** opens the player. A past workshop may be listed under [completed workshops](https://explainx.ai/dashboard/workshops/completed).

**Recording soon** means the recording is not yet available on that page. **Unavailable** means it cannot currently be opened there. A cancelled session does not have a class recording. Check your workshop's stated recording and access terms; the current status does not establish an exact publication time.

You do not need to submit feedback to open an available recording. Feedback is part of the certificate flow. If a player fails, refresh the page, check your connection, and try your usual browser. If it still fails, email support with the workshop, session, and error.

## Find prompts and other materials

Open **Resources** on the cohort page. Materials can differ between workshops and runs, and a section may be absent when nothing has been published there. Your Community classroom's **Recordings** and **Resources** links also return to the workshop dashboard.

For free workshop registration, use **Access workshop resources** on the confirmation. Sign in or create a free account with the registration email when asked. For Claude for Work, the public [prompt library](https://explainx.ai/prompts/claude-for-work) is another place to find reusable prompts; it does not grant access to private session recordings.

## Access is missing or expired

Check the enrollment email and cohort first. Follow [missing workshop access](/help/articles/workshop-missing-from-dashboard) if the workshop itself is absent. If a resource is missing, email [support@explainx.ai](mailto:support@explainx.ai) with its title and the workshop dates. Support can review access terms; Melo cannot unlock files, supply private recording URLs, or extend access from chat.
