# Turn professional experience into a learning journey

Translate your experience into decisions learners can practice. An explainx workshop should help someone perform a task, not simply hear how you performed it.

## Map the decisions

Write down the starting situation, available options, constraints, and checks behind a real project. Replace confidential material with a representative example. Explain which judgment calls depend on context.

## Let learners practice

Give learners a similar problem with one changed constraint. Ask them to choose an approach, produce a result, and explain the tradeoff. Use a short review checklist so feedback addresses the same criteria for everyone.

## Make the outcome usable

Finish with a template, checklist, or working artifact the learner can adapt. Explain where further experience or review is needed. Avoid promising a promotion, job offer, or professional accreditation from attending a workshop; describe the skills and work the session actually covers.
