# Bring recurring coaching questions into a workshop

A repeated coaching question can become a useful explainx group workshop when learners can practice a shared process while keeping sensitive context private.

## Separate shared and individual work

List the concepts you explain repeatedly, then identify the decisions that require personal context. Teach the shared process with a fictional case. Keep confidential client situations and individual advice out of the group example.

## Design for participation

Use short exercises, optional sharing, and a review checklist. Give learners enough private working time before asking them to discuss an answer. Explain what feedback the workshop includes and which questions need a separate conversation.

## Evaluate the format

After the session, check whether learners completed the task and could explain their choices. Use that evidence to improve the next run. A group format changes the kind of support you can provide; set expectations around that change before learners enroll.
