A free explainx session should solve a small problem completely. Let prospective learners experience your teaching before deciding whether they need a longer workshop.

## Pick a complete task

Choose a task that can be demonstrated and checked during the session: compare two prompt outputs, build a simple automation, or evaluate a generated answer against a source. Prepare a reusable example without confidential data.

## Make participation possible

Explain the starting point, show the process, and give attendees a small action to try. Leave time for questions about limitations and mistakes. A learner should be able to benefit even if they do not have a paid tool account.

## Offer an appropriate next step

At the end, explain how an upcoming workshop extends the work through practice and feedback. Share the confirmed page, prerequisites, and dates. Send any promised resources through the agreed communication channel and respect attendees’ subscription preferences.
