# Share learner feedback responsibly

Use learner feedback to improve an explainx workshop and help future learners understand the experience. Keep private feedback separate from material approved for public use.

## Ask for specific feedback

Invite learners to describe what they could do after the workshop, which exercise helped, and where they struggled. Encourage honest answers and make improvement feedback welcome.

## Before publishing a quote

Confirm permission to use the wording, name, role, and any image. Preserve the meaning and context. If you shorten a quote, ensure the edited version still represents the learner’s experience accurately.

## Handle concerns

Ask the explainx team to review incorrect attribution, private information, or a disputed quote. Do not promise that all feedback will automatically appear on the workshop page. Classroom comments and help comments are discussions; they are not a substitute for the workshop’s feedback and testimonial process.
