Check the workshop, intended run, learner’s current experience, and desired outcome. Compare the request with the published prerequisites. Ask one focused follow-up if a key detail is missing.

Give a useful response

Explain whether the workshop fits and why. State any preparation needed and share the current official workshop page. Avoid language that implies a seat is reserved when enrollment is still incomplete.

Keep the handoff clear

Record the outcome in the approved staff workflow. If the learner needs billing or account help, route that issue to support rather than requesting sensitive details in Community. Access to fit requests or administration tools is limited to authorized staff; a public instructor profile alone does not grant those permissions.
