# Review attendance and support learners

Use attendance information to identify who may need help catching up, alongside their questions and work. Attendance alone does not show whether a learner understood an explainx session.

## Review available information

Authorized staff can use the attendance information available for the run and, where appropriate, Zoom attendance reports. Confirm that names or addresses match the enrolled learner before taking action.

## Follow up with care

Ask whether the learner had an access issue or needs a pointer to the relevant resource. Keep the message practical and avoid public assumptions about participation. Do not publish attendance lists or private meeting-chat exports in Community.

## Improve the next session

Look for recurring setup problems, confusing instructions, or topics that need more practice. Use those patterns to adjust the teaching plan. For certificates or completion decisions, follow the workshop’s stated requirements rather than inventing a new attendance rule after the session.
