# Turn interest in an example into a useful lesson

When a public AI example attracts attention, use the questions to understand what people need help doing. Interest is a starting point for research, not proof of demand.

## Read for the underlying problem

Group responses by the task people are trying to complete. Separate curiosity about the tool from a repeated work problem. Ask a few people what they tried, where it failed, and what a useful result would look like.

## Build a small follow-up

Create an explanation or live exercise around the most common obstacle. Show the inputs and evaluation steps as well as the successful output. State prerequisites so people know whether they can follow along.

## Give people a clear destination

Link to the relevant explainx workshop or waitlist when one exists. Keep the description aligned with what is actually available. Do not collect payment for an unconfirmed run or suggest that a popular post guarantees a successful learning outcome.
