# Get a workshop ready for explainx discovery

Work with the explainx team to prepare a complete, accurate workshop page and an available run. A community account does not provide a self-service publishing dashboard.

## Prepare the proposal

Include the learner profile, prerequisites, session outline, sample exercise, instructor bio, proposed dates, and support plan. State any paid tools, recording limitations, or equipment learners need.

## Review the public experience

Check that the workshop page explains the actual offer and points to the correct enrollment flow. Confirm that a run is open before inviting learners to buy. A waitlist should be clearly labeled as interest in a future opportunity.

## After publication

Share the official workshop URL and keep the team informed about changes. Listing does not guarantee a particular number of visitors or enrollments.
