Select **Propose a run** in [your instructor dashboard](https://explainx.ai/instructor/dashboard) to submit a new run for review. The explainx team reviews the proposal before anything goes live and sets pricing on approval.

## Choose the workshop and run name

Pick a published workshop. Give the run a name that makes it easy to distinguish from other runs, such as **November 2026 Run**. You are proposing a run of that workshop, so check that you have selected the workshop you intend to teach.

## Set the schedule and seats

Enter the first session's date and time in IST, then complete the remaining fields:

- **Number of days:** 1–30.
- **Hours per day:** 1–8.
- **Seats:** 1–1000.
- **Daily titles:** one title for each day.

Review the first session time in IST before submitting. Check that the number of daily titles matches the number of days and that the proposed teaching time fits what you plan to cover.

## Leave notes for the team

Use the notes field to explain anything the team needs to consider, such as the reason for your schedule or the intended teaching plan. Keep the run name, daily titles, and notes clear enough for the team to review together.

## Submit for review

A submitted proposal is not visible to students or on public pages until approved. Do not treat submission as a published run or a confirmed price.

The team receives an email when you submit or update a proposal. Follow [Review and resubmit a run proposal](/help/articles/review-run-proposal) to understand decisions, replies, edits, and withdrawal.
