Plan pricing with the explainx team around the learning experience you can deliver. Include preparation, practice, feedback, and support when estimating the work involved.

## Define what is included

List the live sessions, exercises, resources, review time, and any follow-up support. Identify additional tools learners may need to pay for. Make recording access and certificate conditions explicit before enrollment opens.

## Check the delivery cost

Estimate the time needed to prepare and maintain examples, support the cohort, and review work. Choose a capacity that allows the promised feedback. A longer session is not automatically more useful than a focused one.

## Communicate the approved offer

The published workshop page and checkout are the places learners should use to confirm price and currency. Agree discounts or changes with the team before advertising them. Confirm fees and payment arrangements in your written agreement with explainx.
