Create a new explainx workshop run with its own dates, enrollment, and classroom context. Reuse teaching materials only after checking that they still fit the next cohort.

## Review the previous experience

Look at learner work, feedback, setup problems, and unresolved questions. Decide which instructions or exercises need revision before repeating the workshop.

## Prepare the new run

Confirm dates, session sequence, capacity, host access, and resources with the team. Check that links and examples are current. Do not assume attendance, enrollment, private discussions, or recording permissions transfer from an earlier cohort.

## Verify the learner journey

Review the public page, checkout destination, and dashboard details. Make sure new learners will enter the correct classroom. Communicate clearly if past participants are invited back, including whether that requires a new enrollment or a specific arrangement with support.
