# Check payment confirmation and workshop access

After purchasing a workshop, check your payment confirmation and the workshop in your explainx dashboard. A checkout attempt alone does not confirm enrollment.

## If payment completed

Sign in with the account used for the purchase and open the correct run. Keep the confirmation or purchase reference for your records. Check spam or promotions folders if you expected an email.

## If the result is unclear

Avoid repeatedly submitting payment while the first attempt is being resolved. Contact [support](mailto:support@explainx.ai) with the workshop, approximate payment time, and reference shown by the payment provider. Never send full card details or one-time authentication codes.

## If access is missing

Explain whether the workshop is absent from the dashboard or only from My classrooms. Support can use that distinction to investigate the correct stage. Payment issues belong in a private support conversation, not public help comments.
