# Organize the syllabus and session materials

Organize explainx workshop materials around the order learners will use them. Keep required preparation, live exercises, and optional follow-up easy to distinguish.

## Give each session a purpose

Name the task, expected output, and preparation for each session. Link the exercise to the overall workshop outcome. Estimate independent work honestly so learners can plan their week.

## Put materials in the right place

Coordinate resources on the explainx workshop dashboard with the team. Use the private classroom for discussion and class-specific prompts. Refer learners back to the session page for joining links and recordings.

## Test the path

Open every shared resource with the intended access level. Check file permissions, tool versions, and links inside templates. Use clear titles that remain meaningful after the workshop. When you replace a resource, explain what changed so learners do not continue using an outdated copy.
