Open [the instructor dashboard](https://explainx.ai/instructor/dashboard) to find your runs and proposals in review. It is available to explainx instructors and admins.

## Sign in with your instructor account

Use the explainx account you teach with, then open the dashboard link above. If you cannot access it, check that you are signed in with the intended account and contact the explainx team to confirm your instructor access.

## Find an active run

Active runs show the student count against the number of seats and the next session. Check the run name before opening it, especially when you teach more than one run of the same workshop.

Each active run has three buttons:

- **Manage run** opens the run page, where assigned instructors can update sessions and work with the Communities panel.
- **Classroom** opens that run's community classroom.
- **Student view** lets you check the run from the student view.

Use [Manage your run's sessions](/help/articles/manage-run-sessions) when you need to update a day's title, schedule, meeting details, or recording source.

## Review past runs and proposals

The dashboard also shows past runs and proposals in review. Use the proposal page to check its status and continue the review conversation with the team.

To plan another run, select **Propose a run**. A proposal stays out of student views and public pages until approved. Start with [Propose a workshop run](/help/articles/propose-workshop-run) for the fields to prepare before submitting.
