Open [your workshops](https://explainx.ai/dashboard/workshops), select the cohort you enrolled in, and use its session joining button. Joining normally opens five minutes before the scheduled start and stays available until the class ends.

## Find the right session

1. Sign in with the email used to enroll or claim your seat.
2. Open the workshop and check the cohort dates. The same workshop can run more than once.
3. Under **Sessions & recordings**, check the session date and displayed time zone.
4. When joining opens, use the joining button to open Zoom. Refresh the page if it was already open before the joining window.

Before the joining window, the session can say **Scheduled** without showing a join button. After the session ends, look for the recording when it becomes available. Cancelled sessions cannot be joined.

## The link opens sign-in or says I am not enrolled

Sign in with the address that receives your workshop emails. If the page shows the wrong account, use **Switch account**, then return to the workshop. Opening a link inside an email app can use a different signed-in account from your usual browser.

If you bought a team seat, make sure it has been assigned and claimed using the correct email. See [claim a team seat](/help/articles/claim-workshop-team-seat). If you paid but cannot find the workshop, use [missing workshop access](/help/articles/workshop-missing-from-dashboard).

## Zoom or the joining button shows an error

Return to your dashboard and open the current session link again. Check your connection and try your normal browser if an email app's embedded browser is failing. Do not change a meeting ID or copy another learner's personal joining link.

Ask [Melo](https://explainx.ai/dashboard/melo) if you cannot join. While you are signed in, Melo checks your workshop enrollments, assigned team seats, and the current session schedule before suggesting the next step. If you have more than one current workshop, it may ask which one you mean. If a check is unavailable, use your workshop dashboard to confirm the details.

If the session is open and joining still fails, email [support@explainx.ai](mailto:support@explainx.ai) with “session access,” the workshop and cohort, exact error text, and your browser or device. Send private joining links only to support. Melo can help interpret an error, but cannot repair the meeting or change your enrollment from chat.
