Payment availability can depend on the checkout provider, billing location, and purchase. Check the options shown by explainx for your order and contact support if you cannot complete it.

## Check the order details

Review the currency, total, and billing information before confirming. Your bank or provider may apply its own conversion or transaction charges; check those with the provider when needed.

## Ask for help

Send support the workshop name, billing country, selected payment method, and error message. Include a purchase reference if one was created. Do not post financial information publicly or send complete card details.
