## Deliver the agreed experience

Keep materials accurate, exercises usable, and prerequisites current. Provide the sessions and support you agreed to offer. Use original or properly licensed content and remove confidential information from examples.

## Support the cohort

Explain where learners can ask questions and how follow-up will work. Treat different starting levels respectfully. Raise access, conduct, or scheduling problems with the team early enough to resolve them.
