Agree instructor fees and payment terms directly with the explainx team before a workshop is published. Your written arrangement is the reference for payment timing and requirements.

## Confirm the details

Record the teaching scope, preparation, support commitment, agreed fee or payment basis, invoicing details, and how cancellations are handled. Clarify responsibility for any external tools or meeting services.

## Prepare the paperwork

Use the billing identity and payment details requested through the approved private process. Check invoice information before submitting it. Keep bank details and personal documents out of Community posts and help comments.

## Resolve a question

Contact the team with the workshop run and invoice reference. Distinguish a learner’s payment confirmation from an instructor payout. Do not assume that the learner checkout provider or the timing of a workshop sale determines your own payout arrangement.
