Review the learner’s decision

Read the workshop page as someone meeting you for the first time. Can they identify the intended role, the practical output, the tools required, and the total time commitment? Resolve unclear prerequisites before increasing promotion.

Follow up with context

When someone asks a question, answer it directly. If the workshop fits, share the current page and available run. If it does not, explain the gap and point them toward a more suitable starting point.

Avoid using a started or closed run as an enrollment invitation. Check the public page before every campaign and update links when dates change.

Improve one thing at a time

Record recurring objections and revise the relevant section. For example, replace “AI for everyone” with a clear audience and a sample exercise. Use actual learner feedback to judge whether the change made the decision easier.
