# Write enrollment emails that answer real questions

An enrollment email should help someone decide whether an explainx workshop fits their needs. Give it one purpose and one clear next action.

## Choose the purpose

Useful messages can explain the project, clarify prerequisites, show a permitted sample of learner work, answer a scheduling question, or share the confirmed enrollment deadline. Avoid repeating a sales pitch without adding information.

## Make the details consistent

Use the workshop’s current title, dates, time zone, and official page. If you mention a discount, confirm the eligibility and expiry with the team. Never invent urgency or promise employer reimbursement.

## Check before sending

Preview the email on a phone, test links, and replace template placeholders. Send it only to the intended audience through the approved communication process. Keep enrollment information separate from a purchase confirmation: a recipient has a seat only after the required enrollment steps are complete.
