# Share feedback after your workshop

Use the feedback option in your explainx workshop dashboard to describe what worked and what could improve. Specific examples help the team make useful changes.

## Reflect on the experience

Consider the clarity of the instructions, pace, exercises, resources, and opportunities for questions. Describe a task you can now do and a point where you still felt blocked.

## Submit through the workshop

Open the completed run in [your dashboard](https://explainx.ai/dashboard/workshops) and follow the available feedback flow. If you cannot find it, contact support with the run details.

## Keep feedback and support separate

Use support for unresolved payment or account issues that need a private response. Help article comments are useful for clarifying a guide, but do not replace workshop feedback. If the team asks to use your words publicly, confirm the wording and attribution you are comfortable sharing.
