# Getting help with explainx

For account, payment, or enrollment help, email support@explainx.ai. For a workshop learning question, use Doubts inside your classroom.

## Choose the right place

Use [My classrooms](/classrooms) to open the run you joined. Choose **#doubts** for a question about the lesson, or **#general** to discuss your progress with classmates. A specific question in the relevant class helps the instructor understand where you are stuck.

For a general AI question that others can learn from, visit [Questions](/questions). Help article comments are also public: use them for clarifications about the guide, rather than sharing account or purchase details.

## Include useful details

1. Tell us the workshop title and the dates of your run.
2. Describe what you expected and what happened instead.
3. Include the page title and the exact error message. Send private page addresses by email. Public Questions and help comments restrict links to verified platform admins and owners; teacher-community posts allow links from community owners and instructors. Classroom members’ external links wait for staff review.
4. For payment issues, email your purchase reference from the address used at checkout.

Do not include passwords, full card details, API keys, or private client documents. If a screenshot helps, remove personal information first. You can [attach or paste it in classroom chat](/help/articles/share-classroom-photos). For a harmful classroom contribution, contact the instructor; authorized staff have [review and reporting tools](/help/articles/moderate-classroom-messages).

## If a session is starting

All explainx sessions run on Zoom. The joining link becomes available in your [explainx dashboard](https://explainx.ai/dashboard/workshops) five minutes before class starts. If you are earlier than that, check the session schedule and return when the link becomes available.

If the class starts within five minutes and the link is missing, refresh the dashboard and confirm the account, workshop run, date, and time zone. If access still fails, email support with the workshop name and “session access” in the subject so the issue is easy to identify.
