# Manage a free lesson recording

Recording availability for a free explainx lesson is described by the event or follow-up message. A live session ending does not automatically make a public recording available.

## For attendees

Check the official event page and the messages sent through the registration flow. If the lesson promised a recording and you cannot find it, contact support with the event title and date.

## For instructors

Coordinate the recording destination with the explainx team. Review sound, readability, confidential information, participant consent, and any material you are permitted to distribute. Trim or replace problematic sections before publication.

## Share the approved version

Use the public event or resource page when one has been prepared. Verify that the intended audience can open it. If you replace a recording to correct an error, make the correction clear. Avoid promising indefinite access or an automatic upload schedule unless the event explicitly includes it.
