## Before event day

1. Confirm the date, time zone, registration page, and joining instructions.
2. Check host permissions, meeting duration, and participant capacity.
3. Test your example from a clean starting point with safe data.
4. Prepare a fallback if an external tool is unavailable.

## Before attendees join

Check microphone, screen sharing, readable text size, and any planned captions or recording. Close private windows and silence distracting notifications. Have the exercise instructions and support contact ready.

## Before ending

Leave time for questions, repeat the practical takeaway, and tell attendees where to find the promised material. Afterward, review any recording before sharing it and confirm access from the intended audience’s perspective. Do not promise a recording release time that has not been agreed.
