# Find and use tools, agents, and model listings

Start with [Tools](https://explainx.ai/tools) for AI products, [Agents](https://explainx.ai/agents) for systems that carry out tasks, or [Models](https://explainx.ai/models) for model comparisons and pricing information.

## Open the relevant listing

Browse or use the directory's available search and filters. Open an item's detail page to review its description, intended task, source, and available actions. Ask Melo for a comparison with your needs if you are unsure which listing fits.

Use the listing's official website or source link when the product runs elsewhere. A directory listing is not an installed tool, a subscription to the provider, or permission for Melo to act in your accounts. An explainx membership does not automatically include third-party products.

Some tools run directly on explainx. Follow the controls and requirements on that tool's own page rather than assuming every listing has the same setup.

## Verify suitability before using a product

Check the provider's current requirements, supported platform, and price before signing up or buying. Model catalog rates and direct-provider rates can differ. A description, ranking, or scan should not be treated as a guarantee that a product is suitable for your data or workflow.

## A listing or tool does not work

For a broken explainx page, send [support@explainx.ai](mailto:support@explainx.ai) the listing title, page address, and exact error. For a failure after leaving explainx, check the provider's help and service status. Tell Melo which product and step failed so it can distinguish finding a listing from using the external product. Keep API keys and login details out of messages.
