Choose the format that matches how you want to learn. Each format has its own page and access steps; completing one does not automatically enroll you in another.

## Find the right starting page

- [Pathways](https://explainx.ai/pathways) organize reading and learning activities into tracks you can follow at your own pace.
- [Courses](https://explainx.ai/courses) describe video courses and their enrollment destinations. Some courses run with an external provider.
- [Workshops](https://explainx.ai/workshops) offer specific live cohorts and, where available, recordings. Check the dates and offer on the workshop page.
- [Bootcamps](https://explainx.ai/bootcamps) describe longer programs. Read the particular program's curriculum, commitment, and available enrollment action.
- [Certification guides](https://explainx.ai/certifications) help you understand and prepare for the listed certifications.

If you already have access, use [your dashboard](https://explainx.ai/dashboard) and open the relevant learning area. For bootcamp access, check [the bootcamp dashboard](https://explainx.ai/dashboard/bootcamp).

## Preparation is different from a credential

A certification guide or preparation pathway does not mean you registered for the issuer's exam or earned its credential. Check the certification page's official links for exam registration, eligibility, and current terms.

An explainx workshop completion certificate belongs to that workshop. Use [workshop certificate help](/help/articles/workshop-certificate-help) for its completion steps rather than treating it as an external certification.

## If you are unsure or access fails

Give Melo the exact program title and say whether you want to read, enroll, resume, or fix an error. It should link the matching page and explain the available next step. For account-specific access, email [support@explainx.ai](mailto:support@explainx.ai) with the program and exact error. Check a payment that may have succeeded before buying again.
